David Kung’u

David Kung’u serves as a board member at Inspire Action Africa. He is deeply committed to socioeconomic empowerment with a strong focus on supporting the most vulnerable groups, including youth, women, and persons living with disabilities. David has spearheaded initiatives on smart agriculture in rural areas aimed at mitigating the adverse effects of climate change and enhancing the resilience of communities, particularly women and children. Additionally, he has actively volunteered in community-based projects centered on child protection and women’s empowerment, demonstrating his dedication to fostering inclusive and sustainable development.

With over 30 years of experience as a Supply Chain Professional, David has spent the last 25 years at The Kenya Power and Lighting PLC, where he played a pivotal role in implementing supply chain strategies across Nairobi and the Mt. Kenya regions.
